Mama Flow is formulated around three key areas: lactation support, everyday energy and daily nourishment. It combines traditional Ayurvedic ingredients with plant-based ingredients in an easy-to-enjoy daily drink.
Add 1–2 teaspoons (7g) to warm water and whisk until smooth. You can also add your preferred milk or blend it into a smoothie.
Each 120g pack provides approximately 17 servings, based on the recommended 7g serving size.
